JSC TVEL activity is guided by the principle of business liability against the public (business social responsibility principle).
The TVEL Fuel Company participates in the implementation of social projects and programs of federal, regional and international significance.
Affiliated companies play an active role in rendering support to national culture, health care and sports; special attention is paid to sponsoring child’s and youth sport facilities, municipal hockey and football teams. The ownership of some social and sports facilities, which were built on the account of the enterprises, has been now transferred to the Administrations of relevant regions.
For many years the Fuel Company’s enterprises have been rendering financial support to orphanages, medical and child educational institutions in Glazov, Electrostal, Novosibirsk and other cities.
JSC TVEL sponsors different cultural, scientific and public conferences and events. Among them are: St. Petersburg International Economic Forum of CIS countries (Russia), International Television and Cinema Forum “Together” (Ukraine), Charity Fund “Musical Olympus” (Russia), CIS Energy Forum (Ukraine) and etc.
Veterans’ Care
Care about Fuel Company’s veterans is one of the key points of TVEL personnel policy.
Veterans councils have been established and are functioning on TVEL Fuel Company’s enterprises. Together with trade unions they work out Collective Agreement of enterprises.  Printable version
