    In the process of its activities the Fuel Company provides high level of quality, reliability, safety of the products and efficiency of its utilization at the facilities in order to maximize compliance with the requirements and expectations of consumers.

    The corporate quality management system of JSC TVEL and its subsidiaries is based on international requirements to quality management system as specified in the standards of ISO series, Russian and international rules and regulations in the area of nuclear facilities safety.

    JSC TVEL and its subsidiaries are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018 by international certification agency TÜV Thüringen.

    JSC TVEL on the annual basis assesses the satisfaction of its customers in accordance with the "Assessment of consumer satisfaction" developed on the basis of ISO 9001:2015 requirements .
    The company possesses the certificates of conformity with quality management system requirements ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018.

    For the first time in 2021, TVEL JSC together with UECP JSC were certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 28000:2007 “Supply Chain Security Management System”, and a certificate was received.
