Implementation of “Policy of JSC TVE L in the area of occupational health and safety” over the last 10 years resulted in unavailability of cases with exceeding the limits of annual effective irradiation doses of the staff members, including ones with receipt for any consecutive 5 years of effective irradiation dose of 100 mSv or more.
The activities in the area of safety culture improvement are implemented in the areas as follows: personnel qualification management, technology improvement, activities in the field of motivation and engagement, learning and implementation of the best practices.
IMPLEMENTAITON OF SPECIAL COMMUNICATION PROGRAM
aimed at improvement of awareness, openness, personal responsibility and competence of employees in issues of occupational safety, which greatly improves the level of safe work performance.
