    UNIFIEED SECTORAL SOCIAL POLICY IS AIMED AT involvement and retention of highly qualified professionals, improvement of the employer attractiveness, and employees’ engagement.

    Implemented corporate social programs:
    • Voluntary health insurance of employees;
    • Voluntary accident and illness insurance;
    • Sanatorium treatment of employees and their children, recreation of children;
    • Assistance to employees in improvement of the housing conditions;
    • Providing assistance to employees in certain life situations;
    • Support for non-working pensioners;
    • Organization of sporting and cultural activities;
    • Private pension funding.
    The program DETERMINES PROVISION OF SOCIAL BENEFITS to employees and non-working pensioners of enterprises of State Corporation Rosatom extra the limits stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
